Q: How long will it take for my product to be delivered?
A: Delivery times vary depending on what you have purchased. If you have selected custom cushions, then manufacturing can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks depending on stock. If you have purchased a product we have in our warehouse, delivery can be as soon as same day (depending on availability of our driver). If your patio or deck is still under construction, but you have found your dream set, you have the option of putting a down payment on your set and selecting a delivery date that is convenient for you.
Q: What is your section of cushion colours and patterns?
A: At Westbrook Living Lifestyles, we want you to be 100% happy with your product; therefore we have an extremely large selection of colours and fabrics.
Q: How long is my product under warranty and what does the warranty cover?
A: The warranty of our products spans from 3-5 years depending what the item is. Please visit our Warranty section, or call the store for more details 647-722-9416.
Q: Why are Magellan Design products better than other wicker out on the market?
A: Magellan Design (the brand Westbrook carriers) is one of few brands that structure their products to meet the highest standard or quality and longevity. The aluminum used to frame every wicker product ensures your piece will not sag or lose their strength over time, meaning you can enjoy your wicker pieces for years to come.
Q: How does your product stand up against cold, snowy Canadian winters?
A: Westbrook Living Lifestyles sells products that are meant to last. The wicker is made of resin so it will not crack or become brittle over time like traditional wood wicker. Along with that, long exposure to the sun will not fade the wicker because the colour is not a stain, rather it is the colour through the entire wicker strand.
The frame of the wicker products is aluminum; a rust free metal. This means you can leave the entire frame of any wicker product outside all year round (covering it with a tarp during the winter months to ensure your wicker does not become dirty).
Our cast products are all aluminum as well. Unlike less expensive products that are iron coated in aluminum our product will not rust if the top coat gets scratched. You are able to leave any cast item outside all year round; with or without a cover.
Our teak products do need to be brought inside. The chairs are collapsible for easy storage. If storage is unavailable, then covering the table through out the winter months is highly recommended.
Q: Do I have an option in wicker colours?
A: Depending of stock, we receive all wicker products in at least two different colours. The majority of our wicker products are available in a black and coconut (dark brown) weave. Other weaves available include: natural, which is our most realistic wood finish, and taupe.
Q: Where are your products made?
A: The base of all our products are made overseas, the majority in China. Our custom cushions are all 100% Canadian. They are manufactured in a factory in Mississauga and delivered to either the store or directly to you.
